Cash on Delivery (COD)

1. No full COD available as all our products are customised with your baby’s name, design, theme, and event, and are specially made on order.


2. For Partial COD orders, customers must pay 50–70% of the total amount as prepaid, depending on the product.


3. BABY'S NAME WILL NOT BE PRINTED FOR PARTIAL COD ORDERS. WE WILL SEND THE NAME SEPARATELY WITH YOUR ORDER (YOU HAVE TO SELF-PRINT IT).


4. If a COD order is not accepted at the time of delivery and returns back to us (RTO), the prepaid amount will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.


5. If our delivery panel shows high RTO risk, our team will contact you to convert your order to full prepaid before processing.

Refunds & Exchange

  • Customised products (with baby names/designs) are not eligible for return or exchange.
