Delivery Terms

Delivery Terms – Please Read Carefully Before Placing Your Order

  1. Delivery Timeline: All orders will be delivered within 8–9 working days from the date of order confirmation. (Saturdays and Sundays are not considered working days.)

  2. Tracking Details: A tracking link will be sent to your registered mobile number once the shipment is assigned to the courier company.

  3. Courier Delays: After dispatch, there may be a delay of 1–2 additional days due to courier company operations.

    • In certain locations falling under Zone C, D, and E, deliveries may take significantly longer due to limited courier services or operational challenges.

    • Zone C, D, and E examples include (but are not limited to):

      • Zone C: Small towns and semi-urban areas in states like Jharkhand, Odisha, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Assam, etc.

      • Zone D: Remote districts in states like Jammu & Kashmir, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Nagaland, Manipur, Tripura, Meghalaya, etc.

      • Zone E: Rural or difficult-to-reach areas, including islands such as Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep, border towns, and other special delivery zones.

    • These delays are beyond our control, and Giggle Basket will not be liable for extended timelines caused by courier limitations in these regions.

  4. Customer Contact: Please ensure you provide a correct and active mobile number. The delivery agent may call you at the time of delivery. Failure to answer calls or provide accurate details may result in delivery delays or return-to-origin (RTO) cases, for which the customer will bear additional charges.

  5. Responsibility: Once the order is handed over to the courier company, the delivery timeline and service quality are the responsibility of the courier partner. Giggle Basket will assist with tracking and coordination but cannot guarantee delivery dates in cases of courier delays.

  6. Natural Calamities: Giggle Basket shall not be held responsible for any delay, rescheduling, or non-delivery of orders caused due to natural calamities, waterlogging, floods, heavy rains, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
