Refund / Exchange Policy

1. Customise Products with your baby's name won't be Returned / Exchange.

2. Exchange can be issued only within 5 days from the date of delivery. If no request is raised within 5 days of delivery of the items, then your order is marked as closed and no exchange request is taken up. (ONLY ON WITHOUT NAME PRODUCTS)

3. We request you to Kindly Measure the exact Measurements given in our Size Chart to avoid the Exchanges.

4. All the tags and packaging should be intact with the product to initiate a Return / Exchange.

5. The product should not be damaged/soiled/stained.

6. Any product purchased in sale or using discount is not eligible for any return / refund / exchange.

7. Refund will be initiated within 5 working days after receiving the product in the proper condition.

8. Shipping Charges if any, are non-refundable.

9. Exchanged product will get dispatched only when we receive the product from your end in proper conditon.

10. Festival Related Products cannot be returned / exchanged.

11. Refund will only be done in the form of store credit which will be valid upto 1 month from the date of store credit.

12. Your own customised designs will not be returned/exchanged.

13. In case reverse pick-ups are not available then customer is expected to self-ship the order on below address.
