Refund / Exchange Policy

  • Customized products featuring your baby's name are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Exchanges are allowed only within 3 days from the date of delivery. If a request is not raised within this period, the order is considered closed, and no exchange will be processed. (Applicable only for non-customized products.)

  • To avoid exchanges, please refer to the size chart and ensure accurate measurements before placing an order.

  • Returns or exchanges will be accepted only if the product is in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and free from stains or any form of wear.

  • Items purchased during a sale or with a discount are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after receiving the returned product in proper condition.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

  • The replacement product will be dispatched only after we receive the original item in proper condition.

  • Festival-themed products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Refunds will be provided as store credit, valid for 1 month from the date of issue.

  • Custom designs created by customers cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Order Cancellations:
  1. If a customer wishes to cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it, 5% of the total invoice value will be deducted.
  2. Once order processing has started, cancellation will not be possible.
  3. If the order processing has started but the t-shirts are not yet printed, and the customer still wishes to cancel:

        • They can opt for a Store Credit for the full paid amount (which can be redeemed for any future purchase).

          OR

        • If they prefer a bank refund, 10% of the total invoice value will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded.

  • For reverse pickup, the customer must self-ship the order to the following address:

  • Address Change: 

If you request an address change after placing the order, we will try our best to update it before dispatch. However, once processed or shipped, address changes may not be possible.

If the address does not get updated in time and delivery fails or goes to the originally provided address, Giggle Basket will not be responsible. In such cases, only store credit (excluding shipping charges) will be issued.
