Refund / Exchange Policy

1. Exchange can be issued only within 5 days from the date of delivery. If no request is raised within 5 days of delivery of the items, then your order is marked as closed and no exchange request is taken up.(ONLY ON WITHOUT NAME PRODUCTS)

2. Customise Tees / Rompers / Shorts / Skirts with your baby's name won't be Returned / Exchange.

3. We request you to Kindly Measure the exact Measurements given in our Size Chart to avoid the Exchanges.

4. All the tags and packaging should be intact with the product to initiate a Return / Exchange.

5. Please note the product should not be damaged/soiled/stained.

6. Any product purchased in a sale or using a discount is not eligible for any return/refund/exchange.

7. Refund will be initiated within 5 working days after receiving the product in the proper condition.

8. Shipping Charges if any, are non-refundable.

9. Exchanged product will get dispatched only when we receive the product from your end in proper condition.

10. Festival Related Products cannot be returned / Exchanged

11. Refund will only be done in the form of store credit which will be valid up to 1 month from the date of store credit.

Delivery Terms

1. Your orders will be delivered in 7-8 working days.

2. A tracking link will be sent on your given mobile number, once the shipment is assigned to the courier company.

3. Please Note- After your shipment gets dispatched to the courier company, there can be a slight delay (1-2 days) sometimes and we request you to be kindly patient.

4. Please provide your correct and working mobile number as it may be contacted by the courier boy at the time of delivery.
